RapA, a Swi2/Snf2 protein that recycles RNA polymerase during transcription. The crystal structure of E. coli RNA polymerase (RNAP)-associated protein with ATPase activity (EcRapA) was determined at 3.2-Å resolution (PDB: 3DMQ). Top: the domain organization of the protein is shown with boundaries.
